Secondary/Failover Hub data_engine fails - Unknown error 0x800A0E7A

Issue/Introduction

Has anyone faced this issue when trying to configure a second data_engine probe for a failover Hub?:

Mar 4 17:05:05:885 [3168] 0 de: COM Error [0x800a0e7a] Unknown error 0x800A0E7A - [ADODB.Connection] Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed.

After that the probes turns red with max restarts error message.

I am trying to connect with a SQL Server database with Windows Authentication and TLS disabled.

Environment

UIM Any Version with SQL Server DB

Resolution

Download and install the latest MS SQL server client
