The command to change the default certificate in a keyring is as follows..

ACF
SET PROFILE(USER) DIV(KEYRING)
CHANGE keyring.recordid DEFAULT(cert.recordid)
F ACF2,REBUILD(USR),CLASS(P),DIV(KEYRING)
