Changing the AE database files from basic to secure file system ODFS

Issue/Introduction

One of our customer has a problem that their system stuck somewhere due to high user usage from User Interface. So their DBA offers to change Automic database files from basic file to secure file. This will help us to improve system performance especially for CLOB values. 

Do you have any information about changing the database files from basic to secure? Is there any effect for Automic system? 

Automic version is 12.1.5 on IBM AIX server and database is Oracle 12c.

Resolution

This is supposed to be transparent to all the applications using the database.
