Why doesn't CEM PTF SO10559 resolve the error 'cannot log into legacy UI' HTTP Status 403-Forbidden ?

Issue/Introduction

SO10559 has been installed but the problem persists with being unable to log into legacy UI.    Attempt to log into UI yields:

HTTP Status 403 – Forbidden

Description The server understood the request but refuses to authorize it.

Cause

The cem.war file being dynamically created upon the CEMETOM stc startup was not picking up the correct CEM member containing the provided fix.

Resolution

The following prescription corrected the '403' error condition:

Apply CEM PTF SO10559:

Follow these instructions:
	
	1. If tomcat is started, shut it down. 
	2. Navigate to USS directory <CEM_INSTALL_HOME>/tomcat/webapps
	3. remove the cem directory and cem.war file
	4. inside of the same directory, issue the following copy command:

           cp <CEM_INSTALL_HOME>/cai/cacem/cem/CA/CEM <CEM_INSTALL_HOME>/cai/cacem/tomcat/webapps/cem.war

5. Restart tomcat 
This will resolve the deployment issue for maintenance, and all subsequent maintenance will apply correctly.
