Issue/Introduction

The purpose of APAR SO15611 is to delete messages DC274019 and DC274926.
It does so by providing a new version of the install library member *.CAJGSRC(DC258) that does not have those two messages in it.
This is correct for installs and configurations going forward.

There is HOLDDATA instructing the user to use that DC258 member as input to an IDMSDDDL batch job in order to delete the two messages from existing CVs.

Cause

Running the new DC258 member through IDMSDDDL will not delete the messages because it makes no reference to them - i.e., there is no syntax to delete them.

Resolution

Use the following syntax in an IDMSDDDL batch job step or online in IDD.

DELETE MESSAGE DC274019.
DELETE MESSAGE DC274926.
