Issue/Introduction

Result will not be a complete set, when the filter(time frame Filter) is applied under process monitoring.

Cause

Cause : Need to change the default setting in AWA

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : ACTION BUILDER

Resolution

Resoultion Steps:

1. Login to AWI.

2. Go to settings open on the AWI screen(displayed on the top right corner,of screen)

3. Click on setting and then choose Process monitoring. And make the list of execution list to 999 and then save it and close.

4. Also change the combined activities to 20,000

5. Now close the AWI and restart the services and login to AWI and check again.

Perform, logon and log off of AWI if it is not a production environment.

If its a production environment, please take downtime and apply the requested changes above.
