Issue/Introduction

We started seeing the following errors for some of our access tokens. Is there any way to see what might have changed at that time?

Cause

Upon investigation, we found that a user was inadvertently removed from some Teams, which resulted in the loss of access for the tokens.

Resolution

Adding the user back to the Teams resolved the issue.
