Unauthorised error when applying received maintenance

Issue/Introduction

Applying maintenance fails with message An unexpected internal error has occurred while attempting to resolve missing requisites. The logic to resolve missing 

  requisites has previously indicated that it had resolved everything but in fact there are still missing requisites.

Resolution

 This can be circumvented by first receiving all the available PTF's from the SMP/E Environments / Maintenance tab then selecting only the required PTF's to be applied
