Remove older CAPC ip domains in Spectrum

Issue/Introduction

When trying to add device to CAPC-Domain, I'm getting "spc-occ-10727" error.
This is caused because the device already exists in another CAPC ip domain in Spectrum.
When we remove this device from the other ip domains in OneClick, we can then add the device to the new ip domain in Spectrum.
I want to remove the older IP domains in OneClick as they no longer exist in CAPC but am unable to delete it in Spectrum

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

1. Delete Spectrum Data source in CAPC.
All domains disappear from Spectrum.

2. Add Spectrum as a data source again
Now the correct ip domains show in OneClick.
Devices added to domain in Spectrum inherit status in CAPC.
