All Supported Windows Operating Systems and Web Browsers
1. Stop the IIS Service that hosts the Xtraction website
2. Delete the contents of the following folder on the Xtraction server
C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files
3. Restart the IIS Service that hosts the Xtraction website
4. Run the following command on the IIS Server that hosts the Xtraction website
iisreset
5. Start the application pools in IIS if they did not start
a. Start the for Xtraction application pool
b. Start the XtractionWinAuth application pool
c. Start the XtractionXAPI application pool
6. Clear web browser cache
7. Launch Xtraction UI via web browser
