Error installing CA_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v9.4.00-RHEL failed move l7-config

Issue/Introduction

We're in the process of installing the GW from 9.3 to 9.4. We're noticing error when installing CA_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v9.4.00-RHEL.

/opt/

0400 INFO    82 com.l7tech.server.processcontroller.patching.PatchServiceApiImpl: Output from patch install: mv: inter-device move failed: `/opt/SecureSpan/Platform/l7-config' to `/tmp/l7-config/l7-config'; unable to remove target: Directory not empty
Which can be observed in file,
/opt/SecureSpan/Controller/var/logs/sspc_0_0.log

Environment

Release : 9.3

Component : API GATEWAY

Resolution

We were able to fix the issue, it was the /tmp/l7-config  directory. After removing I was able to install the 9.4 platform patch.
