Threshold Event not raised in Performance Management

CA Infrastructure Management CA Performance Management - Usage and Administration DX NetOps


I have setup threshold profile for a device but it is not alerting when device exceeds threshold set.

I have "include children" checked to include them in threshold event monitoring.


Metric set in Event Rule did not match metric used in report data analysis when determining threshold values to set.

Ensure the Event Rule is set to the metric that matches the one used for the report charts that helped identify the threshold values required.
