Issue/Introduction

'Download  zipped output' routine to save output from CSM does not work - gets error message :"Output datapart is not available or it was previously disabled by a system administrator."

Resolution

Try clearing the browser cache/internet temporary files. For all the tasks displayed under the tasks tab there should be a TASKJOURNAL record on the database but these tasks with message "Output datapart is not available or it was previously disabled by a system administrator." do not have a TASKJOURNAL record which explains the message.
