Identity Portal 14.3 and 14.4 - Campaign export fails: .BackendException: Failed to generate the Excel Spreadsheet

Issue/Introduction

Exporting campaign in Identity Portal causes an error:

17:44:56,694 ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.utils.ExceptionsHelper] (http-/<IP address>:80-5) : ErrorCode: 0, ErrorFamily: GENERAL, Message: com.idmlogic.sigma.backend.exceptions.BackendException: Failed to generate the Excel Spreadsheet... Merged region M3 must contain 2 or more cells

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)
Identity Portal 14.3, 14.4

Cause

The report is configured to have at least 2 attributes to display.

Resolution

This issue was fixed in DE532157 - code fix was released in 14.4 CP2. 

Workaround:

Please add one additional attribute to display at least.
