Issue/Introduction

Why do the fields: 'FIRST KEY', 'FULL KEY', 'N.LEAF', 'LEVELS', 'KEY COUNT', 'CLUSTER%', 'LIMITKEY' and 'STATSTIME' display blanks or 'N/A' on the
RC/Query for Db2 for z/OS (RCQ) Index Detail Inquiry.

Resolution

The RC/Query Index Detail Inquiry screen is a two-part screen. The second screen can be accessed by pressing PF11. The information for these fields appears
on the second screen and relates to Index Partitions if they exist.

The information for these fields is extracted from the SYSIBM.SYSINDEXSTATS table. SYSINDEXSTATS contains one row for each partition of a partitioned index.
If the index is NOT partitioned(a non-partitioned index)the fields 'FIRST KEY', 'FULL KEY', 'N.LEAF', 'LEVELS' will be filled in on the FIRST screen if the
RUNSTATS utility has been executed on the non-partitioned index.
