CA Governance SMTP unable to send mail - Exception invalid addresses

Issue/Introduction

We have configured SMTP from Governance and when we are testing the connection, it is failing with below responses constantly.

ERROR [com.eurekify.mail.MailSenderImpl] (default task-74) Exception while sending email to email address: Invalid Addresses

Environment

Release : 14.x

Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)

Resolution

This due to rejections on the mail server.  Reach out to your SMTP team to view the rejections and the root cause.  Ensure your governance server's IP address is white listed on the SMTP server

Additional Information

Please Note: Governance does not support TLS at this current time. You can still use office 365 but your administrator would need to configure a separate channel for non-tls. When configuring they can change the parameters by verifying that the IP address of the sending server matches one of these IP addresses that belong to your organization.
