Issue/Introduction

You may run into a problem after deleting a device from NFA via Enable Interface and it doesn't show back up in the GUI.

Environment

Component : NETWORK FLOW ANALYSIS

Resolution

1. Try to restart the CA NFA Harvester Service (on the harvester which the device points to only) and see if the device shows back up (via IP Address) after a few minutes in the GUI.

2. Go through this guide to ensure that the device is still sending valid fields: How can I determine if a NetFlow enabled device is sending the correct fields and data using WireShark?

3. If all looks well and the service restart does not work, please contact Broadcom Support.
