Issue/Introduction

Installation wizard fails when connected to DataMart. Error:
"Failed to connect to the server using dmadmin user. Please check credentials"

Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Cause

The casm_dm database has not being created. The install_casm_dm.log shows the following error:

The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: "SQL Server did not return a response. The connection has been closed. ClientConnectionId:dc6aa8be-14c3-450c-b08a-4202b32cb8ad".
