CA Network Flow Analysis (NetQos / NFA)

Warning - datasource x.x.x.x is not accepting DB connections and threw a general exception. Exception is MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): FUNCTION nsas.nfa_flowcount does not exist

Release : 10.0

On  working Harvester on the same version open a cmd prompt and run:
     mysql mysql proc > proc.sql

Please copy that file to the Harvester.

Then run:

     mysql -P3307 mysql
     drop table func;

Change directory to the location of the func.sql file and run:

     mysql -uroot mysql < func.sql

Verify the functions are back in the db:

     mysql -P3307 mysql
     select * from func;

Restart the Netqos NQMysql service on that Harvester.

Restart the CA NFA Hunter Tracker service on the AD server, then wait about 5-10 minutes and check that AD log again for any errors at the end of the file.

Additional Information

If you do not have a working harvester, please open a support issue and request the proc.sql file for your version of NFA.
