Status definitions for Endpoint Protection's Web Traffic Redirection
Article ID: 186791
Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Web Traffic Redirection (WTR) will report its status on the SEP client as well as in the SEP Manager it reports to. You wish to know more detail about the individual status monikers.
A brief explanation for each is below:
Component is Malfunctioning - Indicates that something with WTR is broken. This could be due to corrupt definitions (engine/framework files), some other software conflicted with the WTR components starting up or making appropriate changes
Disabled - The end user disabled Web Traffic Redirection by turning it off in the SEP client UI
Disabled by Policy - The Integrations policy has been disabled but it still applied to the client group
Enabled - WTR is enabled and running
Not installed - The Integrations policy has been withdrawn from the client group.
