Unable to access Performance Center Web Interface

Issue/Introduction

Performance Center was extremely slow: reason unknown. Rebooted physical server. Although the server is up and available via SSH the Performance Center web interface has not restarted.

Release : 3.7

Resolution

Occasionally when rebooting a server the services can not all comeback up in the correct order. To correct this just stop and then start all the services.

service caperfcenter_console stop
service caperfcenter_devicemanager stop
service caperfcenter_eventmanager stop
service caperfcenter_sso stop

service caperfcenter_sso start
service caperfcenter_eventmanager start
service caperfcenter_devicemanager start
service caperfcenter_console start
