DX SaaS - .Net agent not connecting when the value of "agentManager.credential=" set to blank or empty

Issue/Introduction

The latest SaaS .Net agent will not connect if this is set to empty or blank.

agentManager.credential= 

If not blank, then will see message in agent about invalid credentials.

[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ConnectionThread] System.Exception: Invalid credentials for group name 'Agent'. Perhaps the client is not compatible with the server. ---> com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.auth.FailedToAuthenticateException: Invalid credentials for group name 'Agent'. Perhaps the client is not compatible with the server.

[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.ConnectionThread] Failed to connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager at broadcomtest:5001,com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.link.net.DefaultSocketFactory (3).

Cause

Per Engineering, this is by design.

Could not connect with the agentManager.credential being blank or even if this property is missing or fully commented. 

Resolution

Must give a value for the property agentManager.credential=
