Issue/Introduction

In Roadmaps, for one of our Roadmaps, when we click the grid the system locks up. However the card view and gantt view are fine, it's just the grid view.

Environment

 

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Cause

This could be caused by some corruption.

Resolution

A workaround may be to change the dates on the roadmap.

If this does not help, you may need to recreate the roadmap or open a case with support to investigate further.
