Endevor PTFs Not Received error by SMP/E.

Issue/Introduction

After downloading the available maintenance for Endevor 18.1. Received all 13 PTFs . 11 seemed fine. However, 2 PTFs, failed to receive:   <ptf> NOT RECEIVED  PTF   NO APPLICABLE ++VER                      

 

 

Environment

Release : 18.1 18.0

 

Cause

The ptf referenced a FMID that was not received to the CSI.

Resolution

Do not receive since the FMID is not present and apply will fail.
