Issue/Introduction

Running Broadcom Internet Service Retrieval to order PTFs using SMP RECEIVE ORDER and getting the following error Messages from SMP/E job:

 GIM69188S ** RECEIVE PROCESSING HAS FAILED. AN ERROR WAS FOUND IN THE RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM THE SERVER AT
              https://eapi.broadcom.com/receiveorder.
 GIM69226I    faultcode = Server.ProcessingServer.Processing.
 GIM69226I    faultstring = Backend Service not responding..
 GIM69226I    description = The server had a general processing error.

Resolution

The problem can be resolved by updating the SMP/E ORDERSERVER statement to include the  inventory="all" statement. For example:

   <ORDERSERVER
     url="https://eapi.broadcom.com/receiveorder"
     inventory="all"
     keyring="broadcom_keyring"
     certificate="SMPE Client Certificate">
     </ORDERSERVER>      

If the above does not resolve the problem, the receive order server may be down.
