Resolution
If you are unable to access the IP Address of the Performance Center system due to something like NAT or a DMZ and PC is set to utilize the IP Address, you can alter this to the hostname. You can do this within the SsoConfig utility in PC located here:
/opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/SsoConfig
Within option 3, Performance Center settings, alter 3. Web Service Host and 7. Web Site Host under Remote Value to reflect the Hostname instead of the IP Address.
Once this change is made, you must restart the caperfcenter_sso service for the changes to take effect.
