Service Management - Configuration Item List in SDM Doesn't Match Service Point

In "My Resources" within Service Point I see a list of CIs, but it doesn't match the list from Service Desk Manager.

1. By default Service Desk Manager displays Active and Inactive CIs in the list for a Contact. To ensure you see an accurate list, filter the results to only display "Active". If the list of CIs still doesn't match do the following.
