Issue/Introduction

In "My Resources" within Service Point I see a list of CIs, but it doesn't match the list from Service Desk Manager.



Environment

Release : 17.2

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

1. By default Service Desk Manager displays Active and Inactive CIs in the list for a Contact. To ensure you see an accurate list, filter the results to only display "Active". If the list of CIs still doesn't match do the following.

2. On the Search Server browse into the following directory and run the correct script to rebuild your index:

$ES_HOME/search/bin/pdm_es_rebuild_index.bat (Windows)
$ES_HOME/search/bin/pdm_es_rebuild_index.sh (Linux)
