Issue/Introduction

NCM stops reading configurations in the middle of the configuration on some devices.
Sometimes "running" or other times "startup".
No pattern found to understand how this happens.
If we use the same commands but directly on the devices, no problems are detected when reading the configurations.

 

Environment

Release : 10.3.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

The patch 10.03.01.D156 was built for this problem.

REQUIREMENTS

SPECTRUM 10.03.00 and 10.03.01 are the prerequisites for installation of this patch.

This patch needs to be installed on the oneClick server, however, in order to replace the scm100.jar which is used by ncmservice, we need to restart processd.
For processd restart SS need to shutdown
