Issue/Introduction

ServiceNow integration with Spectrum is overloaded and cannot handle the requests that CA NIM is throwing out.
This causes a memory leak in Spectrum OneClick which eventually crashes.
It has been seen on various releases.

Environment

Release : 10.4.1

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

Patch 10.04.01.D19 was created for this leak.

REQUIREMENTS

SPECTRUM 10.04.01 are the prerequisites for installation of this patch.

This patch needs to be installed on OneClick Server.
