Getting -904 error in Create DB2 objects step (SSID0001) during R20 upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Upgrading the CA Database Management Solution tool from R19 to R20.
While  running Create Required DB2 Objects step

Job fails with
BPA0037E: LOG SYSTEM D2T1 FAILED ON SQL ERROR: -0904.

 

Environment

Release : 20.0

Component : General Services for DB2

Cause

There was an outstanding utility that was holding PTITSBP2 database which has caused -904 sql error

Resolution

There was an outstanding utility that was holding PTITSBP2 database which had caused -904 sql error.
Cleared the utility and could the run the job.
There is no issue with CA tool.
