Issue/Introduction
Multiple rep_folders are created in attachments folder(C:\PROGRA~2\CA\SERVIC~1\site\attachments\default\servicedesk\files\) of SDM installed path

CA Service Desk Manager, all releases
Resolution
It is not an issue but expected behavior.
When the rep_folder_00001 limit is reached(i.e it reaches 500 files) another rep_folder will be created.
For example :
When SDM is installed we have single folder -> rep_folder_00001. When this folder gets filled with 500 attachment files rep_folder_00002 will be created automatically.
If rep_folder_00002 gets filled rep_folder_00003 will be created and so on.
When the rep_folder_00001 limit is reached(i.e it reaches 500 files) another rep_folder will be created.
For example :
When SDM is installed we have single folder -> rep_folder_00001. When this folder gets filled with 500 attachment files rep_folder_00002 will be created automatically.
If rep_folder_00002 gets filled rep_folder_00003 will be created and so on.
