New UX Menu Links: Can the view be changed to show the link results within current window?

Issue/Introduction

• For the New User Experience (UX) Menu Links page, is it possible to set the layout similar to how Channels behave where the page displays within current window?
• Instead of taking users to another page when they click on a link, can it display the page/portlet on the current page, similar to how Blueprint channels work?

Component : CA PPM SAAS RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Resolution

• It's not possible currently to do this, the only option would be to create a Channel within a project instead of using Menu links
• To submit an enhancement request to allow this feature in the New UX, see: 18799 for steps on how to do this.
