Issue/Introduction
GHOSTERR log shows that image deployment is failing with Decompression error -3. Site Server is a new Server 2016 OS. Sites using 2012 R2 do not have an issue.
Location: IIS Admin> Server > Application Pool > specific App Pool > Advanced Settings > Virtual Memory Limit (KB)
Cause
The cause of this issue has to do with the AppPools garbage collection settings when non default values are used.

Resolution
Customer found that anything non zero for Virtual Memory Limit (KB) is causing image to fail.
In lieu of this issue Symantec recommends leaving Virtual Memory Limit at 0.
