Location: IIS Admin> Server > Application Pool > specific App Pool > Advanced Settings > Virtual Memory Limit (KB)

Cause

The cause of this issue has to do with the AppPools garbage collection settings when non default values are used.

Environment

Release :ITMS 8.5 RU3

Component:Management Platform

Resolution

Customer found that anything non zero for Virtual Memory Limit (KB) is causing image to fail.

In lieu of this issue Symantec recommends leaving Virtual Memory Limit at 0.
