Issue/Introduction

We have a dashboard reports with interface utilization graphs set to last 24 hours.
The graph time axis always shows 48-hour timespan that includes last 24 hours and next 24 hours.
It results in graph with empty next 24 hours in to the future.

How do I go about to have the report page to display last 24 hours data only and eliminate the 1/2 empty graph.

Environment

Release : 3.x

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

By default, each projection includes a future time frame equivalent to one time beyond the current time frame.

Resolution

There is no way to remove the future half of the chart.

And there is no way to add a trend line without the projection functionality.

This is working as designed.

By default, each projection includes a future time frame equivalent to one time beyond the current time frame.
For example, if the time frame is the Last Hour, the projection shows values for the next hour.
For views that support projections , you can show or hide the projection data by editing the view settings
