Issue/Introduction

Error "SPC-OCC-11681: Unable to render topology" when clicking on a link in the Neighbors tab and selecting "Component Detail" from the menu.

 

Environment

Release : 20.2.x

Component : SPCOCK - Spectrum OneClick

Cause

Code Changes of user story #US598115  :  Enable Link information in the VPN Topology

Also, Link Information for connection between Hubs and Spokes are not showing even with below user story changes.  Verified in latest build

 

Resolution

Workaround: In the Topology View click the Link on Topology View and the Link information will automatically be displayed below:

(If you right-click and select the "Component Details" menu it will also show the same information)
