Rally: Defect revision log does not include the converted story number

Issue/Introduction

When converting a defect to a User Story, in the Revision History of the new US you will see "Converted from Defect[<Defect ID>]". However, in the Revision History of the defect, you won't be able to see the ID of the new User Story

Cause

This is by design.

Resolution

This is the expected behavior of the application.
