UVMS: Windows Installation fails on unigethostname

Issue/Introduction

UVMS Setup randomly fails on new installation on Windows when launching the executable unigethostname, this binary crashes.

Environment

OS: Windows 64bit
Release : 6.10
Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE
Subcomponent: Univiewer.Management.Server

Cause

Defect present on the unigethostname delivered within the UVMS Windows kit

Resolution

Workaround:
relaunch the setup, it should work after several attempts.

Solution: 
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
