Unable to restart a Data Collector

Release : 3.7

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Resolution

The Data Collector's file system was set to Read Only.  This causes nothing to be able to be written to the disk which has a side effect of being unable to run the software.  Please bring a Read Only file system to the attention of your Systems Admins for further investigation as to the cause and fix.
