What administrators can do so that  ServicePoint can upload .i01 files?

Component : XFLOW INTERFACE FOR SDM

Resolution

Administrators would need to add .i01 extension to the xFlow setting. In Administration->xFlow Interface ->General, search for attachments.allowed-content-types and then edit to add this to it

and recycle xFlow service
