DX Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft / UIM)

Issue/Introduction

I do not see Product Option for Unified Infrastructure Manager and Service Operations Insight on the support portal. We have valid license for these products. How do I add the missing products option?

UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER, Release 8.51
Service Operations Insight Release 4.2
