Issue/Introduction

Routing files via NJE to another CA Spool and getting the following error:

ESF367  ALLOCATE DENIED FOR FILE  25631 DESTINATION xxxxxxx NODE yyyyy

ESF368  FILE  25631 HELD

Component : CA Spool

Cause

The number of sysout transmitters was not matching the number of sysout receivers at the destination.

NJE node at the source of the files:

NJE NJENODE1,JRNUM=0,SRNUM=3,JTNUM=0,STNUM=3,ISTATUS=ACTIVE

The corresponding definition at the destination CA Spool had SRNUM=2 and STNUM=2.

NJE NJENODE2,JRNUM=0,SRNUM=2,JTNUM=0,STNUM=2,ISTATUS=ACTIVE

Resolution

1 - Change the number of sysout transmitters (ST) to match the number of sysout receivers (SR) at the destination node.

2 - Recycle the CA Spool started task at the system that had the numbers adjusted
