No data to display for device

Issue/Introduction

A device is not displaying any data, but shows as active and reachable. 

 

Resolution

Select the Device in DA

In the bottom right section of the Monitored Devices page, details tab, click the Stop Polling button followed about 60-90 seconds later, the Start Polling button

Additional Information

Also can select Update Metric Families in Device Polled Metric Families.
