iDash upgrade error

Issue/Introduction

Upgrade from 12.0.5 to 12.1 giving us following attached log error message. Also, iDash is down because i don't see any more iDash service.

Release : 12.1

Component : EHEALTH 3RD PARTY SOFTWARE

Resolution

Looking at your variables I see spaces in both JAVA_HOME and IDASH_HOME -see below-

For the installer to operate, the IDASH_HOME environment variable must be either encapsulated in double quotes ("C:\Program Files\CA\idash") or use 8.3 naming conventions if it contains a space (C:\Progra~1\CA\idash).

Also, the CA iDash service owner must have full read, write, and directory permissions for the IDASH_HOME directory and its subdirectories.
