Issue/Introduction

Request to set a Hot Site for Clarity upgrade, deployment or other special activity, what is the process to get this completed?

Environment

Release : Any supported Clarity release

Resolution

Preferably with at least two weeks of notice if possible, contact Broadcom.

  • It is recommended to start with contacting your Account Team or/and the regional manager for Support.
  • Open a Support case with all the details and plan to meet Clarity Support and go over your upgrade plan and timelines
  • Ensure you also create and submit the Upgrade plan to the Support case: Upgrade Plan Runbook Template
  • The Support team will open the Hot Site request and also inform the After Hours engineer if after hours support may be required
