Request to set a Hot Site for Clarity upgrade, deployment or other special activity, what is the process to get this completed?


Release : Any supported Clarity release


  • The best and fastest way would be to contact your Account Team or/and the regional manager for Support.
  • Preferably with at least two weeks of notice if possible
  • Typically a support case is not needed as Support does not have access to set Hot Sites up 
  • Ensure you also create and submit the Upgrade plan to your Account rep: Upgrade Plan Runbook Template
