Request to set a Hot Site for Clarity upgrade, what is the process to get this completed
Release : Any supported Clarity release
- The best and fastest way would be to contact your Account Team or/and the regional manager for Support.
- Preferably with at least two weeks of notice if possible
- Typically a support case is not needed as Support does not have access to set Hot Sites up
- Ensure you also create and submit the Upgrade plan to your Account rep: Upgrade Plan Runbook Template
