Pre Check Upgrade Warning on check-filestore-dir.xml

Issue/Introduction

Problem Statement: While running the check install we are getting the below warning

Our Installation folder is under the location - /opt/ca/clarity

And the filestore is under/opt/ca/clarity

Environment

Release : All Supported Clarity Version

Component : CA PPM INTEGRATIONS & INSTALLATIONS

Cause

The reason this error comes because when the filestore and search index are kept under clarity directory, as during the upgrade the file structures are overwritten 

Resolution

Ensure you file store and search index are kept outside clarity installed directory and if your documents are stored in the database you should make sure the searchindex directory has to be placed outside of clarity installed directory. 

The configuration of File store and Search Index can be done via CSA and below steps can be followed. 

1. Stop and remove all the clarity services excluding CSA and beacon 
2. Move searchindex and filestore directory to be placed outside of clarity installed directory
3. Update Configuration via CSA
4. Restart all the services
5. Run the checkinstall again.
