Remote Publish 4.8.1 error

After upgrading the TDM suite from version 4.7 to version, the CA Remote Publish service does not start. We checked the service (RemotePublishConfiguration) and it indicates all tests are working fine but when we try to start the service CA Remote Publish, it  does not start.

Attached logs where the details of the error.

The error found in the DMBatch.log is very clear on the issue:

 [4] ERROR DMBatch.DMBatch - Remote Engine is configured for Active Directory Authentication. Please change service log on user to Local Service (Recommended) or Local Administrator or authorized AD User.


Please verify the configuration and the account used for the service.

Additional Information

In TDM 4.7 and greater, we provide a New Publish Service built into TDM Portal. Therefore, unless you are using some legacy features that rely on the Remote Publish service, you may not need to have the Remote Publish service running.
