Is it possible to upgrade an agent while jobs are running on it?

Resolution

It is not recommended/supported to upgrade/reinstall the agent while jobs are running.
You should wait for all jobs to complete on that agent, then you can proceed with the stopping of the agent and uninstall/reinstall/upgrade.
