A user does not see a field in Project List - Configure - Available Columns. Other users can see the field with no issue.

This may be caused by the user renaming the field, or the user having a customized view, and the field label being changed without Publishing.
Go to Configure - List Column - Fields - Available fields and look by attribute name. The field will most likely be there with another name. If this is the case, just change the label to what it has to be and save.
