Issue/Introduction

Some of the users that I added a couple of weeks ago have disappeared, and I am unable to add them back using the Local User Management Settings.

We did test SSO recently and didn't work as expected, so we disabled SSO and then re-enabled Local User Management.  I don't know if that had anything to do with it.

I can login using my email [email protected] and I can edit existing accounts and save them.  When I click the Add user button and enter the users' information, I don't get the Save option.  Something else that is weird is that after I enter the user's email address, it takes off the last two characters.

Resolution

Somehow there was a user in the database without an email address that caused the issue when we switched back to local mode from SSO.  We had the entry removed and added the missing users back.
