Issue/Introduction

Scheduled report in jasper tool but report aren't getting delivered because the  size of report is 2 MB. 

Cause

Restriction at mail server, not processing email with attachment of big size.

Resolution

1.If below error appears in Jaspersoft logs then ask customer to check with Exchange Administrator if there is any restriction on email server from debarring email with attachment of big size reports
